最新加拿大移民职业调整方案 (NOC 2021）

2021年底, 加拿大联邦移民局就计划对加拿大国家职业分类(NOC 2016)进行调整。近日(5月28日), CIC News 正式发布最新职业分类(NOC 2021)调整方案，新方案预计在2022年11月起应用在加拿大联邦快速移民通道中。

部分紧缺职业(16个)将划入快速移民通道

薪资管理员 Payroll Administrators
牙科助理 Dental assistants and dental laboratory assistants
护工 Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates
药房技术助理 Pharmacy technical assistants and pharmacy assistants
中小学助教 Elementary and secondary school teacher assistants
治安官和法警 Sheriffs and bailiffs
惩教人员 Correctional service officers
市政执法员 By-law enforcement and other regulatory officers
美容师、电蚀医师及相关职业 Estheticians, electrologists and related occupations
民宅商铺安装工和服务商 Residential and commercial installers and servicers
害虫防治师 Pest controllers and fumigators
修理工 Other repairers and servicers
卡车司机 Transport truck drivers
公共交通操作员 Bus drivers, subway operators and other transit operators
重型机械操作员 Heavy equipment operators
飞机装配工和检验员 Aircraft assemblers and aircraft assembly inspectors
部分职业(3个)将移出快速移民通道
其他表演者 other performers
娱乐、运动和健身方面的项目负责人和教练 program leaders and instructors in recreation, sport and fitness
裁缝 tailors, dressmakers, furriers and milliners

不过, 这3个职业仍然有资格参加其他移民计划, 比如省提名计划的某些类别。

新旧系统比对

最新职业分类TEER系统取代之前的技能类型结构的主要原因有两个。首先，TEER系统旨在更明确地说明从事某一职业所需的教育水平和工作经验。其次，技能类型模型在低技能和高技能工作之间，建立了人为的分类。实施TEER可以让利益相关者更好地了解每个职业所需的技能。
