Employer Services

The Canadian "Labour Standards Act" allows local employers in Canada to recruit foreign workers (non-Canadian citizens, who are also not defined as permanent residents under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act IRPA) legally employed in Nova Scotia based on their own business needs. For the recruitment needs of local employers, the services we provide to employers mainly include: advertising, collecting job applications, job seeker matching/pre-screening, job seeker skills testing, interview coordination, and communication support related to employment regulations and benefit policies. All of these services are provided to job seekers by licensed professionals (holding a valid Foreign Worker Recruiter License).   

For businesses that need to apply to become designated employers under the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP), we can provide end-to-end services related to the qualification application, including but not limited to: preparation, review, and submission of application documents, government communication, and relevant legal advice, among others.
